Position 1:
Gutter Installers
Schmidt Seamless Gutters is looking to hire Gutter Installers for the Mankato area. This is a full-time position. Pay is based on experience. $18 – $24 per hour. If you have little to no construction experience, pay starts at $18/hour. If you are an experienced gutter installer, pay will start at the upper end of the scale, depending on experience.
You must have a drivers license, and be able to climb ladders.
Paid time off after 6 months. Holiday pay.

Position 2:
Independent Contractors as Gutter Installers:
You must work as an independent contractor.
If you need help getting set up to be your own contractor, we can help you with that.
Full or part-time. You do not have to do it full time. You can install gutters for us in-between your jobs.
We need individuals who have experience hanging gutters who have their own tools and equipment. You do NOT need a gutter machine, you can use ours.
Attention to detail is a must. We only work with installers who understand the highest quality is of the utmost importance.
We supply the materials and the jobs.
We pay by the foot, and pay well.
Position 3: (Not Currently Open)
Gutter Installation Foreman
Schmidt Seamless Gutters is looking to hire a Gutter Installation Foreman for the Mankato area. This is a full-time position. $32 per hour.
You must be experienced. You will be in charge of a crew, and will also be responsible for training other team members.
A positive attituded is a must for this position. You will be in charge of installing gutters, and managing a 2 to 4 person crew. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: job site safety; vehicle and trailer safety; organization of the jobsite, trailers, vehicles and shop; quality control; customer service; ordering materials; and team management and training.
You must have a drivers license, and be able to climb ladders.
Two weeks paid time off after 6 months.
We install gutters in the Mankato area and everywhere within about an hour of Mankato.
